Jerri Hamlin
President & Senior Consultant
Jerri Hamlin is a highly effective supply chain leader bringing more than 25 years of experience in sourcing/outsourcing, procurement transformation, vendor management, revenue generation, project management, and asset management. She has led teams from multiple Fortune 500 industries including commercial and consumer retail, truck leasing & transportation, automotive import and sales, and distribution. Jerri has been instrumental in establishing and managing high performing sourcing teams, vendor management offices and implementing sourcing and finance solutions. She has led multi-million dollar sourcing engagements for IT, Marketing and Logistics. Jerri earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Arlington, and also holds the designation of Accredited Purchasing Practitioner, Certified Purchasing Manager, and Certified Professional in Supply Management.
Jeff Taback
Senior Consultant
Jeff Taback is a seasoned procurement professional and executive manager with extensive experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor management, spend compliance, and managing high performing teams. In the first half of his career at IBM, Jeff specialized in complex negotiations of software licenses for internal use and resale. In the latter part of his career, he led IBM teams who transformed procurement for Clients such as Advance Auto Parts and Goodyear. While a Director at Advance Auto Parts, his team averaged $25M in savings annually. Jeff has a deep passion for customer service and believes that building trusted relationships is the foundation of an organization and ultimately enhances the overall client experience. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
Jeffrey Tucker
Senior Consultant
Jeffrey Tucker brings to clients more than 17 years of procurement experience with a concentration in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and demand management. His expertise in strategic sourcing includes category management within the fields of print management, promotional product, facilities, fleet management, and travel, with additional experience in policy and procedure creation and execution. Jeffrey has worked in the telecommunications, manufacturing, and retail industries, most recently building a strategic sourcing department at a Fortune 500 retail company specializing in reducing costs, controlling demand, and improving process efficiencies for multiple business organizations. Jeffrey has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and resides in Roanoke, VA with his wife and son.
Joann Sprouse
Senior Consultant
Joann Sprouse is a disciplined Finance and Accounting professional who partners with CFO’s, executives and the business to streamline and improve business processes and system. She is an impactful, talented leader with a relentless drive for results having held leadership positions in various retail and service firms. She has the ability to define a problem, and to strategize a solution that takes into account the "big picture". She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
